CEPT is an autonomous organization in Faculty of Engineering. Chulalongkorn University. It has been operated under own regulations approved by the University Council. The Organization structure consists of the Advisory Committee who are honorable members from utilities, private company and Chulalongkorn University to supervise the policy. While the Executive Committee who consists of Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Head of Electrical Engineering Departments, Lecturers, Representatives from utilities, and internal and external experts will follow the policy bring into the action plans. The director takes responsible for both administrative function and research and development function.
